These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AAG_MUZIC website and your purchase and use of digital educational products provided by Alejandro Gonzalez, doing business as AAG_MUZIC.
By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using an AAG_MUZIC digital product, including the Discovering Percussion Educational Bundle, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase, access, download, or use the product.
1. Digital Products
AAG_MUZIC provides digital educational resources for music education and percussion instruction.
The Discovering Percussion Educational Bundle may contain digital documents, instructional materials, exercises, worksheets, practice materials, audio recordings, and other educational resources.
Digital products may be updated or improved from time to time.
2. License
Your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials according to these Terms.
Your purchase does not transfer copyright ownership or other intellectual-property rights to you.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms remain with Alejandro Gonzalez/AAG_MUZIC.
3. Permitted School and Educational Use
The purchaser of the Discovering Percussion Educational Bundle may reproduce reasonable copies of the materials for use by students and educators within the purchaser's school or educational institution for legitimate educational purposes.
This permission is intended to allow the purchaser to use the resource as an instructional tool within their school.
The purchaser may not use this permission to distribute the materials to other schools, campuses, districts, organizations, or unrelated individuals.
4. Prohibited Uses
Unless written permission is obtained from AAG_MUZIC, you may not:
Resell the digital materials;
Rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the materials;
Upload the materials to publicly accessible websites or file-sharing services;
Post the materials publicly on social media;
Share the Google Drive access link publicly;
Share the materials with another school, campus, district, organization, or unrelated person;
Distribute the materials outside the authorized educational institution;
Remove copyright or ownership notices;
Claim the materials as your own original work;
Create a competing commercial product using the materials;
Repackage the materials for resale or distribution;
Give unauthorized persons access to the purchased materials;
Circumvent access controls or other security measures.
5. Copyright
The Discovering Percussion Educational Bundle and its contents are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing the resource does not transfer copyright ownership.
The purchaser receives only the license expressly described in these Terms.
6. Google Drive Delivery
The Discovering Percussion Educational Bundle may be delivered through Google Drive.
Customers are responsible for keeping private any access links or information provided to them.
The Google Drive folder is intended for authorized purchasers and permitted educational use.
If unauthorized distribution or sharing is discovered, AAG_MUZIC may revoke access and take reasonable steps to protect its intellectual property.
7. Access and Technical Support
AAG_MUZIC will make reasonable efforts to provide access to purchased digital products.
If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing your purchase, contact:
Please include your name, purchase information, and a description of the problem so that I can attempt to resolve the issue.
Because digital delivery may depend on third-party services such as Squarespace, Google Drive, internet service providers, or payment processors, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
8. Refunds
Digital-product purchases are governed by the AAG_MUZIC Refund Policy.
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, and copied electronically, refunds are generally limited after successful access or download.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Educational Disclaimer
AAG_MUZIC provides educational resources intended to support music instruction and practice.
No specific educational, musical, performance, audition, examination, or academic result is guaranteed.
10. Termination of License
AAG_MUZIC may revoke a customer's license to use a digital product if the customer materially violates these Terms.
Examples include unauthorized resale, redistribution, public posting, or sharing outside the permitted educational institution.
Upon termination, the customer must stop using and distributing the affected materials.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AAG_MUZIC and Alejandro Gonzalez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the purchase or use of a digital product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the website, products, services, or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on the AAG_MUZIC website with its Effective Date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
